Yes. PostMTA uses standard SMTP protocol. Change your SMTP host, port, and credentials — everything else works the same.
How does HIPAA-compliant sending work?
We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on all Professional and Enterprise plans. PHI-containing emails are encrypted in transit and at rest. No additional compliance tier or add-on required.
Do you offer custom DKIM keys?
Yes. Automated DKIM key rotation is included. You can also upload your own DKIM keys for maximum control.
What does IP warmup mean?
New dedicated IPs start cold. PostMTA gradually increases volume over 4–6 weeks, building your sender reputation with major mailbox providers. Done automatically.
